We are IT Services company. Since data is core to the services that we offer, we aim to be as transparent as possible about how and why we store your data. This Privacy Policy covers the personal information we collect about you when you use our products or services, or otherwise interact with us, including on our website, web applications and our related online and offline offerings of IT Software services support. This policy also explains your choices surrounding how we use your personal information, which include how you can object to certain uses of the information and how you can access and update certain information.

We collect data to enable us to operate our services and provide you with the best experiences on our website and using our IT Software services. You provide some of this data to us directly, such as when you register to use our Services, subscribe to a newsletter, through enquiry form, sending emails, calling us or contact us for support. We also receive some of your data by means of how you interact with our Services.

We classify personal information as any information about one of our Users which could, alone or together with other information, personally identify them or otherwise be reasonably linked or connected with them. Information such as a username, password, email address, name, Internet protocol (IP) address, and profile picture are examples of personal information.

We may use such aggregated, non-personally identifying information for research purposes and to operate, analyze, improve, and optimize our Website and Services.

We require basic information when you create your account, such as your email id and contact number for communications purpose only, it will be safe and will not be shared with any third-party vendor, until the legally asked by the legal team. You may choose to give us more information for your profile, such as your name, occupation, company, and location. Additionally, we collect more detailed information about you such as your office type and work hours to help us improve our services that we provide to you. We may contact you to participate in surveys. If you decide to participate, you may be asked to provide certain information which may include personal information.

When you make purchases of our IT Software Services, you need to Pay via, Bank transfer, Pay on Cheque, Demand Draft or through UPI payments. Once you paid for IT Software services please share the Payment Successful Transaction details, Payment done screen shot or Transaction ID to our authorized person only.

We do not read or store code from any User’s repository or try to infer a User’s code from keystroke or editor actions, nor can code be reverse-engineered from the data we collect.

We will not ask any OTP, your Bank related, Credit Card Related details.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, such as personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation. If you choose to store any sensitive personal information on our servers, you are responsible for complying with any regulatory controls regarding that data.

We may use your personal information for the following purposes. Provide the services or requested information. Examples of how we may use your personal information to provide our Services Better include:

  • Creating your account and providing you with our Services;
  • Providing you with a paid Subscription or any other paid service you request;

We share your personal information, if you consent, after letting you know what information will be shared, with whom, and why.

With service providers: -
We share personal information with a limited number of service providers who process it on our behalf to provide or improve our Service, and who have agreed to privacy restrictions similar to the ones in our Privacy Statement by signing data protection agreements or making similar commitments. Our service providers perform analytics, payment processing, customer support ticketing, network data transmission, and other similar services, purchase of hosting service, licensed software providers, billing purpose. While we process all personal information in the India, our service providers may process data outside of the India, based on the specific countries data protection policy

We strive for transparency in complying with legal process and legal obligations. Unless prevented from doing so by law or court order, or in rare, exigent circumstances, we make a reasonable effort to notify users of any legally compelled or required disclosure of their information.
